About the Event

No one knows exactly when the art of quilling began but it is attributed to China after the invention of paper.  

Paint It Orange hosts these workshops and Ms. Clysta Walters is our instructor.  All supplies are provided.

$15.00 per person and all funds benefit The James Madison Museum of Orange County Heritage.
