About the Event
No one knows exactly when the art of quilling began but it is attributed to China after the invention of paper. Â
Paint It Orange hosts these workshops and Ms. Clysta Walters is our instructor. Â All supplies are provided.
$15.00 per person and all funds benefit The James Madison Museum of Orange County Heritage.
